Batterjee Medical College aims to be a pioneer in research and development of innovative learning experiences of the medical discipline. With its classical, picturesque exterior design and systematically organized interiors, the college is intended to inspire advanced medical education and enhance the creative use of technologies. The 70,000 square m2 on a land area of 93,000 m2 consists of B+G+4 floors, Staff Housing, Students Dormitories, a Maintenance Building, Cafeteria Building, and Recreational Facilities. The scope included all civil, MEP, finishing and Fit-out works with all relevant infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, roads network and car parking.
